February Project! Number 1..

Yay! The first tutorial for 12 projects for 2012! Wanna know what it is? It's a glitter dipped  cup! :) So here we go!

 What you need:
ModPodge (I use gloss, but matte is fine too)
Foam Brush
Glitter
Glass cup/jar/etc.
Plate

 Step 1: Brush on the ModPodge as far up as you want. If you want to use tape to make a straighter edge than mine is, go for it!

Step 2: Sprinkle glitter all over, above the plate. Let dry, and enjoy! :)
